Trying to find honest work-at-home
opportunities online at first seemed like looking for a dime in a
field of mud. Just about any work-at-home jobs that you see
advertised in Google ads are gyps, and that includes the ads that
say all the other ads are gyps but theirs is not.
For awhile I almost gave up. But,
just a few days ago, I found some work-at-home sites that are
genuine.
CHEERS! Honest
work-at-home sites are harder to find than pirate’s gold,
but below are some golden opportunities!
COMPANIES THAT HIRE HOME BASED WORKERS
This is the only honest listing
I have found for sites that hire you for an actual paid job at a
specified salary, as opposed to starting your own business. This
article from AOL is a true treasure! AOL also adds,
“Beware of work-from-home job postings that sound ideal but
require you to pay a fee, transfer money, set up a bank account
or give too much personal information up front.”

HOME-BASED SELLING THROUGH PAMPERED CHEF
I refuse to recommend a
“pyramid” sales scheme or a glitzy site that promises
to make a stay-at-home mom’s fortune immediately. I do
know of one line of products that have been successfully sold in
my own family for years. I would be happy to hear about
others, but only if you have had personal experience with the
company for at least a year and it is not a pyramid scheme.
My niece Katrina, who is a
stay-at-home mom, has this to say about PAMPERED CHEF:
“I've been with the Pampered Chef for 9 years now.
Quite frankly, I never planned on staying with it. But, the
flexibility and income it provides have been a huge blessing to
our family. Selling is done primarily in people's homes;
however, there are also catalog shows, Internet, bridal showers
and fundraisers.
“Yes, we sell kitchen tools.
Yes, it is direct sales. No, it is not really a pyramid as so
many of them are. Yes, we can earn incentive trips (we're
bringing the family to DC in June). Yes, there are health
insurance and IRA's available, as well as discounts on office
supplies and cell phones. Yes, we are independent contractors,
self-employed. If we're not working, we're not making
money.”
Katrina makes enough to pay for her
children’s private schooling each year – a valuable
addition to the family income.
